1. Refund Policy

  • Consultation Services:
    • Refunds are not available for consultation services once the consultation has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with the consultation, please contact us within 7 days to discuss any issues, and we will work towards a satisfactory resolution.
  • Project-Based Services:
    • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to commence any project. This deposit covers the initial planning and strategy phase of our service.
    • Project Milestones: Refunds for payments made at each project milestone will only be considered if the work delivered does not meet the agreed-upon scope of work, as outlined in the project proposal. Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the delivery of each milestone.
    • Completed Projects: Once a project is completed and final deliverables are sent, refunds are not available.
  • Subscription Services:
    • If you have purchased a subscription-based service, you may cancel at any time, but refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Consultation Services:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the full fee being charged.
  • Project-Based Services:
    • Clients may cancel a project at any time. However, any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly, and the non-refundable deposit will be retained.
    • If a project is canceled after a milestone payment has been made, no refund will be issued for that milestone, but further work on the project will cease.
  • Subscription Services:
    • Subscription services can be canceled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

3. Exceptions

  • Force Majeure: If a service cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), no refunds will be issued, but we will work with you to reschedule or adapt the service as needed.
  • Custom Agreements: If you have a custom service agreement with Vibra Media, the terms of refund and cancellation may differ. Please refer to your specific contract for details.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Service

  • Contact Us: To request a refund or cancel a service, please contact our customer support team at support@vibra-media.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
  • Resolution Process: We are committed to resolving any issues amicably and will work with you to find a solution. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Vibra Media reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated to reflect the effective date of the new policy.
