Cookies and similar browser storage support the Vibra Media website and customer portal.

Necessary session cookie

The vibra_session cookie keeps you signed in to your account for up to seven days. It is restricted to the API, cannot be read by page scripts, and is cleared on sign-out. HTTPS deployments also require secure transmission. This cookie is used for account access, not advertising.

Browser storage

The portal saves in-progress audit drafts, recently viewed results and local service-request drafts in localStorage. Account profile details and audit history are stored on the server. Signing out clears workspace data from the browser; deleting browser storage does not delete your account or server-side audit history.

Optional measurement and advertising

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept Analytics. The Meta Pixel loads only after you accept Marketing and helps measure visits and actions from Meta adverts. These optional tools do not load before you make a choice. Use Cookie settings at any time to change or withdraw your choice. Essential account access does not depend on accepting optional measurement.

External services

Booking, checkout, embedded media and other external links may use cookies under the relevant provider's policy. Review those policies before using the service.

Your controls

You can sign out, delete browser site data, or manage optional consent. Blocking all cookies prevents sign-in from working. Account and audit deletion are available in the portal. For help, contact support@vibra-media.com. See our Privacy Policy for personal information and retention details.
