Evidence-led AEO

Measure the answer, then improve the evidence behind it.

A repeatable methodology for observing brand visibility without pretending answer-engine outputs are fixed.

From prompt set to action plan

The audit records what was tested, where and when.

01

Define the prompt set

Build representative branded, category, comparison and problem-led questions around the audience and buying journey.

02

Sample platforms

Run the documented set across relevant answer engines. Platform behavior, personalization, location and timing can change outputs.

03

Separate mention from citation

A mention means the brand appears. A citation means the response identifies a source; the two are recorded separately.

04

Map competitors and sources

Record recurring alternatives, cited pages and where independent corroboration is stronger or thinner.

05

Prioritize actions

Translate gaps into content clarification, technical discoverability, earned authority, digital PR or community tasks.

06

Re-test consistently

Repeat a controlled set and retain dates, platforms and limitations so directional change has context.

Research context used on Vibra’s homepage

The Semrush & Adobe AI Visibility Index 2026 analysed 126 million unique US prompts as of April 2026. In its marketer sample (n=481), 81% with fully integrated SEO and AI-search work reported more AI-platform traffic or leads, versus 36% with separate workflows. It reported average sources per response ranging from 15.4 on ChatGPT to 3.3 on Gemini. These are report-level observations, not promises for an individual brand.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Is an AEO audit a ranking report?

No. It is a time-stamped sample with a documented prompt set and platform scope.

Why distinguish mentions and citations?

A brand can be named without being used as a stated source.

Does Vibra guarantee inclusion?

No. Platforms control outputs; no methodology guarantees a mention, citation or commercial result.
