2. Services

Link Labs Digital PR Ltd provides digital public relations, link building, content marketing, and online brand promotion services.
The scope of each project will be defined in a written proposal, quotation, or service agreement between both parties.

3. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the website in a way that causes or may cause damage or impairment of access.

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without our written consent.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or networks.

4. Quotations and Payments

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

We reserve the right to suspend ongoing work or withhold delivery until full payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials, content, graphics, and strategies created by Link Labs Digital PR Ltd remain our property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary information and materials in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all supplied content does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws.

  • Obtain all required permissions for materials they supply to us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by failure to provide such materials or approvals.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any business information shared during the course of the project.
Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Link Labs Digital PR Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or reputation.

  • Any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to terminate immediately if the client breaches these Terms or engages in conduct that may harm our reputation.

10. External Links and Third Parties

Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

11. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and store your personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Changes to These Terms
